Solstice Stroll: Embodied Connection with Winter Ecology

Join Victoria from Little Bluestem (littlebluestem.net and www.bodymettaspore.com) and special guest Soizic Ziegler, hide tanner, nature mentor, bodyworker and otherwise Jill of all trades, for a reflective post-solstice winter walk around the grounds of Panorama Natural Burial. Topics we may touch on during our walk include embodied practices to ground into current seasonal patterns, the significance of the solstice, animal tracks and signs, winter plant identification, succession ecology, edible/medicinal aspects of plants, and possibly other topics depending on what arises during the day. We will have local genotype seed mixes and a few other items available to purchase after the walk for those who desire. Come share a refreshing first morning of the new solar year with all beings to ground and root in as nature does to prepare for deep winter.
