About the event
Come join PNB's Restoration Community!!
We are creating a land stewardship initiative at PNB with our inaugural meeting on February 3, 2024. We envision that this community will form a vital part of PNB's commitment to restoring the burial ground's meadow and wooded areas this spring and in years to come. Join us for snacks and warm drinks and possibly a bonfire depending on temperature and weather conditions. We will spend time getting to know one another and learning about each other's interests and skills in the realm of land stewardship.
PNB staff will also be sharing some of our plans for the spring and summer, and inviting suggestions and wishes for stewardship of the burial ground in 2024 and the years to come. Whether you are a seasoned master naturalist or simply have an interest in native plant restoration and a love for the natural world, please come! Our hopes are to begin building community around our shared stewardship of PNB and promote education and skill-building about native wildlife restoration in our area!
All are welcome to attend. In the event of rain, snow, or extreme cold we will meet in our office space around the corner from the burial ground at Eville Spaces. Looking forward to seeing you there!
