Healthcare Decisions and Planning

For so many of us, when it comes to healthcare decisions, we have no idea what's in store until we are face to face with them.

Join Transformational Nurse Coach Nancy Zamil for a brief introduction to some key topics related to healthcare decision making.

The session will open with a short grounding meditation for relaxation followed by a brief explanation of Advanced Directives, living wills, and DNR orders. The remaining time will be allotted for your questions.

Nancy is a former hospice nurse and is currently a Transformational Nurse Coach and Reiki Master who specializes in general health and wellness and end of life.
